Dr. Kyle Nawrot is a full dentist registered with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals.
The Inquiry Committee has directed a citation for a disciplinary hearing to inquire into Dr. Nawrot’s conduct as a dentist.
The hearing concerns investigations into six complaints received by BCCOHP. The College alleges that in 2022, the Registrant failed to properly maintain a patient’s records and issued inappropriate prescriptions on three occasions for the same patient. Additionally, BCCOHP claims that in 2024, the Registrant did not fully cooperate with the investigation of this complaint and failed to respond promptly, or at all, to the College’s communications regarding this complaint, despite multiple attempts to make contact.
Furthermore, BCCOHP alleges that between October 2023 and July 2024, the Registrant did not fully cooperate with investigations and/or failed to respond to the College’s communications in a timely or adequate manner, or at all.

The hearing of this matter proceeded on June 4, 5 and 6, 2025 and November 19, 2025. The parties were then invited to provide written closing submissions to the Discipline Committee. This page will be further updated once a decision is rendered by the Discipline Committee.
