QAP rollout: Component B is now open
The next step in the staggered Quality Assurance Program rollout is now available. Oral health professionals can access the Component B: Standards-Linked Learning modules in their QAP dashboard now.
Coming soon: Updates to BCCOHP standards framework
We are publishing and sharing these now to provide time for oral health professionals to review the documents before they come into force on April 1, 2026.
Quality Assurance Program Launch
BCCOHP’s modernized Quality Assurance Program (QAP) has launched. All oral health professionals regulated by BCCOHP are now able to log in and view their QAP dashboard.

April 2026: Health Professions and Occupations Act now in effect
Today marks the transition to the Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA). BCCOHP has been preparing to regulate under the new Act for some time and anticipates that oral health professionals will not see any significant impact on their daily practice. We will continue to roll out information as we begin operating under the new Act, but here’s what you need to know today.
