The theme of the report reflects our continued work of building out a sturdy organizational framework that supports our vision of reimagined oral health care oversight. 
 
This report provides a record of BCCOHP’s activities and performance during our first full year of operation as a new organization, post–amalgamation and shares who we are and where we are headed as a regulator.

The British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals was created on September 1, 2022 as the result of an amalgamation of four legacy oral health regulatory colleges. 
 
The theme of the report reflects BCCOHP’s vision of reimagined oral health care oversight. BCCOHP is a more resilient, fit-for-purpose organization that is working to improve health outcomes for all people who call British Columbia home.
This report provides a record of BCCOHP’s activities and performance for the seven-month period from amalgamation day on September 1, 2022, to the last day of its first fiscal year on March 31, 2023. Subsequent BCCOHP annual reports will reflect the fiscal year April 1-March 31.
