BCCOHP publishes certain regulatory decisions, including summary protection orders, disciplinary orders and requests for citations, as required under the Health Professions and Occupations Act.

Publications listed after April 1, 2026, concern action taken under the Health Professions and Occupations Act, the legislation governing the regulation of health professions in BC. Please note that publications listed prior to April 1, 2026, concern disciplinary action taken by the former discipline committee, consent orders or other action taken in relation to a serious matter under s. 39.9 of the former Health Professions Act, which is no longer in force. 

Public notifications will be listed on the website for 10 years but remain on the public record permanently. To request information older than 10 years, please use our contact form.

If you have concerns about the conduct or competence of an oral health professional licensed by BCCOHP, you can submit a concern. Learn more >>

Media reporting on these notices should provide the full name and location of the oral health professional in order to avoid confusion with any other former or current oral health professional who may have a similar name or initials.
