Background

Following an investigation into five complaints received by BCCOHP between March 2022 and March 2023, the Inquiry Committee directed that two citations be issued against Dr. Senini. A discipline hearing for both citations was originally scheduled for September 2025 but was cancelled after Dr. Senini made admissions and a proposal to resolve the citations under s.37.1(3)(a) of the Health Professions Act (HPA). The Inquiry Committee accepted this proposal on September 2, 2025. As part of this resolution, the Inquiry Committee accepted Dr. Senini’s admissions that he committed acts of professional misconduct in relation to two citations: citation #1 (August 2, 2023) and citation #2 (June 3, 2024).
