Nature of Complaint: Intimate relationship with patient
Conduct and Discipline: Acknowledged entering into an intimate relationship with an individual who was a patient. This resulted in the following Consent Resolution:
- Reprimand for professional misconduct of a sexual nature;
- A 12-day suspension;
- Fine in the amount of $1,000;
- Undertakings to complete coursework on professional boundaries and not to repeat
conduct.
