Nature of Complaint: Financial loan from a patient
Conduct and Discipline: Acknowledged accepting a financial loan from an individual who was a patient. This resulted in the following Consent Resolution:
- reprimand for professional misconduct;
- fine in the amount of $1,000; and
- undertakings to complete coursework on professional boundaries and not to repeat conduct.
