Inquiry Committee Order

Dr. Graham John McMillan is a dentist registered with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP). He is currently suspended.
On December 9, 2024, an Inquiry Committee Panel of BCCOHP issued an order under section 35(1) of the Health Professions Act (HPA) suspending the registration of Dr. Graham John McMillan. This suspension is effective as of December 12, 2024.
The Inquiry Committee may suspend a registrant or impose limits or conditions on their practice during an investigation or pending a hearing of the matter by the Discipline Committee if there is an urgent public protection issue under section 35 of the HPA. This suspension was imposed to protect the public during the ongoing investigation of Dr. McMillan or until there is a hearing by the Discipline Committee.
Measures taken under section 35(1) pertain to matters which are unproven, and remain unproved, unless admitted by a registrant or determined by the Discipline Committee.
Further information regarding this investigation is being withheld in accordance with the HPA.
