Annual renewal is now open. You can renew your registration/certification with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals and submit payment by logging in to your account.
The BCCOHP board approved a 2% increase in fees for the 2025-26 year. For more information, click here. See below for a breakdown of the 2025-26 fees by type of oral health professional.
The detailed fee schedule for each oral health professional type and health profession corporation fees can be found in Schedule A of the BCCOHP Bylaws (PDF).

You must complete the annual renewal process and pay the fee by Monday, March 31, 2025, or your certification will expire and an additional reinstatement fee of $83 will be required to renew. After 60 days, this fee will increase to $159.
Please note: CDAs with unrenewed certifications are not permitted to perform the services of a CDA.
All OHPs are required to undergo a Criminal Record Check (CRC) every five years. At renewal each year, BCCOHP collects one fifth of the CRC fee for certified dental assistants, dental technicians, dental therapists, dentists and denturists and submit applications on their behalf.
