Next month oral health professionals regulated by BCCOHP will receive an email from Pivotal Research, inviting them to complete a survey about their perceptions and experiences as oral health professionals in BC.
The feedback shared will help frame and inform a number of BCCOHP’s planned initiatives and regulatory functions, including:
- quality assurance
- registration/certification and renewal
- health equity and cultural safety
- team-based care
- communication preferences
The survey will also ask questions about BCCOHP’s performance as a regulator.
About the study
This survey is the second phase of a research program and builds upon an online engagement panel which included some members of all oral health professional types.
Responses are anonymous and confidential. Pivotal Research will report only group (aggregate) data to BCCOHP.
