Dr. Rydell holds registration with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals as a practising dentist.
The Inquiry Committee has directed a citation for a disciplinary hearing to inquire into Dr. Rydell’s conduct and competence as a dentist.
BCCOHP alleges that Dr. Rydell failed to address the dental recordkeeping deficiencies arising from a chart review of his records and failed to respond in a reasonably timely and substantive manner and to cooperate with complaint investigations.

The hearing is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 9:30 am. It will take place in-person at Charest Legal Solutions Inc., 5th Floor, 885 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC.
